Good question! This timeline can vary based on many factors, but is mostly dependent on the complexity of the specific application. Once you click "Apply Now," or after 24 hours if you have AutoPilot on, you're telling the AppBot to begin the application on your behalf. Sometimes the application is instantaneous (e.g. all it needs to do is submit your resume) and it'll move to Applied pretty quickly. Other times, it moves into Applying because it's a more complex application but rest assured it is working to get that application in on your behalf. Make sure to take note of any application questions that are required complete an application — you'll see a message like the one below if there are any blocking questions:
