The score is calculated based on how many of the job postings’ requirements you fulfill. Even entry level job postings usually include some “buffer requirements” like “1–3 years of experience,” when in reality most college graduates can apply. We’ll help point out these buffer requirements, but some skills can’t be faked or fudged. If higher qualifications like programming skills or specialized experience are required, we’ll let you know whether or not you’re still a good fit. The whole point is to give you a two-second glance of what jobs you should go after to save your time and sanity.
