Sometimes complicated formatting can cause confusion with our tools, which means your resume likely won’t pass your standard ATS scan. In this case, we recommend reformatting your resume entirely (speak with your TalentAdvocate about fixing these issues).
You’ll be able to see what info was pulled from your resume and have the opportunity to fix it if it’s not correct. Nothing will be sent out in an application that you or your TalentAdvocate haven’t verified first!
